事實上我認為這是一個謬論，是不該談論“債務陷阱”的人提出來的。提出此概念的人才是在非洲制造“債務陷阱”的人。目前非洲的大部分外債并非來自中國。

In fact, I think this is a fallacy, which is raised by those sides who are not supposed to talk about the “debt trap”. They are the ones who put Africa in the trap. Most of the debt now Africa is suffering from is not from China.
