我認為，“一帶一路”倡議最重要的一點是，它要促進民族間的團結合作，同時也是互幫互助。這種互助不是施舍，而是中國和非盟國家成員以及所有參與“一帶一路”倡議國家之間的一種共贏。

I think the most important thing about the Belt and Road (is that) it is meant to be a sort of solidarity between the people, and at the same time, to help others. And the help is not a sort of a charity. It is a sort of a win-win cooperation between China and the members, also all those who join the Belt and Road.
