三年前，命運(yùn)把我和西藏緊緊聯(lián)系在一起。此前，我從沒(méi)有想到自己能以主人翁的身份在雪域高原工作生活。當(dāng)真正融入其中的時(shí)候，高原純美的風(fēng)景和生活在這里淳樸的人們深深地打動(dòng)了我。心中漸漸燃起一種激情和強(qiáng)烈的使命感，那就是要用鏡頭捕捉、記錄這里遇到的一切美麗畫(huà)面和感人瞬間。在三年的時(shí)間里，每一個(gè)周末，每一次假期，甚至每一次出差,我都會(huì)背起相機(jī)，走向野外，走向人群。內(nèi)心仿佛能聽(tīng)到雪域高原在呼喚。
三年行攝西藏，一生沐澤心靈。西藏的美處處可以觸動(dòng)我們的心靈，因?yàn)槲覀儾粌H是用眼睛欣賞西藏，更是在與西藏進(jìn)行心靈的對(duì)話(huà)。在漫長(zhǎng)的人生旅途中三年也許只是一個(gè)短暫的駐足，時(shí)間會(huì)模糊淡化它留下的痕跡。然而，西藏，這支神奇的畫(huà)筆在我心中留下的印記卻永遠(yuǎn)無(wú)法抹去?！跹i （寫(xiě)于2014年）
Three years of travel in Tibet, whole life will soak in peace. The beauty of Tibet can touch our hearts, because we not only use the eyes to appreciate Tibet, but also in the minds to dialogue with Tibet. In the long journey of life, three years may be just a short period, the time will blur the traces of it in the future. However, Tibet, this magical brush in my mind left the mark can never erase.

磕長(zhǎng)頭的百辮婦女
2011年9月10日，一位來(lái)自藏北的藏族婦女在大昭寺前磕長(zhǎng)頭?？拈L(zhǎng)頭是藏傳佛教中一種朝佛的儀式，以此表達(dá)內(nèi)心的虔誠(chéng)。長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的編著很多細(xì)小辮子的頭發(fā)是西藏婦女獨(dú)有的一種發(fā)式，為牧區(qū)婦女所喜愛(ài)。
許多來(lái)過(guò)拉薩的中外游客都會(huì)來(lái)到大昭寺門(mén)前，看到那些每天手持佛珠、轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)筒浩浩蕩蕩的轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)隊(duì)伍和那一片片磕長(zhǎng)頭的虔誠(chéng)身影，無(wú)不為這場(chǎng)面所震撼和感動(dòng)。??在拉薩這幾年里，除了工作外，我總是利用休息時(shí)間跨上相機(jī)去大昭寺廣場(chǎng)采集，不知從什么時(shí)候開(kāi)始的，這已經(jīng)成了我的習(xí)慣。
Kowtowing woman with a lot of braids
The photo was taken in sep 2011. A Tibetan woman from the Northern Tibet has been kowtowing in Jokhang Temple for a long time, which is one of the Tibetan Buddhist rituals r to express their inner piety.
The woman’s whole body is crawling on the icy rocky road, eyes looking straight ahead. It seems that she is ignoring the world around her. I believe that a lot of long and small braids of her attract the attention of many viewers. This is a unique hair style of Tibetan women and they love the style.
